Member Calendar Program

It hangs where the year happens.

Twenty-eight pages, printed and bound, in member homes. Not a mailer. An object that stays up all year. January is made in October, so the season arrives finished: photographed, considered, worth the wall.

Print is the point. It’s the part your members touch.

The living page

Every date, already on their phone.

The same calendar lives on a private page styled to your club. Members subscribe once, and the season sits inside the calendar they already carry. No app to download. No login to remember. Read how the living calendar stays current.

When a date moves, the page and the feed move with it.

Mid-season

Dates move.
Nothing breaks.

A gala slides two weeks. A tournament outgrows its Saturday. The living page updates, the feed follows, and the printed grid was designed knowing it would happen. The wall stays dignified. The phone stays right.

Questions

Questions clubs ask first

What does the Member Calendar Program include?

A printed member calendar of twenty-eight pages, a living page styled to your club, and a subscribed calendar feed for Members' phones — planned, designed, printed and run by Proágo. Enrollment is annual, per club. The club approves the season; the four stations of planning, design, print and running the living page are ours.

How do the printed calendar and the living calendar relate?

They are two layers of one program. The printed edition is the keepsake — it hangs in a Member's home all year. The living page is its pulse: the same season, current between printings, on any device. When a date moves, the page and the feed move with it, and the wall stays dignified.

How do Members get the season on their phones?

Members subscribe once. The season then sits inside the calendar they already carry, delivered by a subscribed feed rather than a file to re-download. No app to download and no login to remember. When the club moves a date, the feed follows, so no Member chases a correction.

How many calendars are printed, and how long is the edition?

Editions run from 250 to 1,000 copies, curated and proofed to your brand system. Each edition is twenty-eight pages, printed and bound to hang for a year — an object that stays up, not a mailer. Virginia Country Club prints 750 calendars every season, the same wall year after year.

When must a season be confirmed, and when does it arrive?

Seasons are confirmed in early autumn for a new-year arrival. January is made in October, so the edition arrives finished: photographed, considered, worth the wall. Members receive the printed calendar for the new year, and the living page and the subscribed feed go live alongside it.

What does the program cost?

From $8,000 a year, sized to the run and the season. Full pricing is shared at the twenty-minute preview, once we know your edition size and what your season asks for. The number moves with the run and the edition; the program behind it — planning, design, print and the living page — is the same.

Who runs the program through the year?

Proágo does. We plan the grid with the people who own your calendar, design the edition to your brand system, print and proof the keepsake, and keep the living page right all season. Date changes are handled for you. Your team's part fits on one line: approve the season.

How does this relate to the club's app or software calendar?

It sits beside it, not in place of it. Your club software keeps running the club. The living page and its feed are for Members — the season lands in the personal calendar they already carry, with no app and no login. Your team edits one sheet; the page and the feed follow from it.
